Itinerary
Hotel pickup and trip planning session focused on remote western logistics.
Catch a domestic flight to the hot southern border city of Nepalgunj for an overnight stay.
Take a mountain flight to Talcha (2,743m), then enjoy an easy walk through pine woods to the lakeside.
Walk the complete perimeter trail of the clear lake or climb Chuchemara Peak for a panoramic view.
Leave the National Park boundaries, walking down past pristine forest paths to Pina village.
Cross the local high Ghurchi pass, dropping down through remote hill communities to Gharcha.
Walk down into the historic Sinja Valley, the cradle of the ancient Khasa language civilizations.
Follow the river trail up past ancient rock shrines and local farm plots to Gorusingha.
Complete the loop trail walking back through juniper woods to Talcha.
Catch connection flights from the mountains back to the capital and transfer to the international airport.
