Early morning, you depart Kathmandu on a picturesque drive to Dhiktel Bazaar, which is at an elevation of 1,650 meters. Every bend yields stunning vistas of fertile lands and cultural treasures. You visit friendly roadside tea rooms, savoring local snacks and greeting friendly villagers. You begin trekking today from Dhiktel Bazaar to Chakhewa Village at an altitude of about 2,300 meters. The path goes through verdant forests, along glistening streams, and by scenic terrace fields that recall old-world traditions. A halt at midday at a humble teahouse provides you the opportunity to indulge in home-cooked morsels and freshly made tea. You begin from Dhotre on a thrilling ascent to Maiyung, reaching an impressive altitude of 3,122 meters. The trek gradually ascends on rocky ground, dense forests, and alpine meadows brimming with wildflowers. You begin today's trek by saying goodbye to Rawadhap and climb gradually to Salpa Bhanjyang at an altitude of 3,348 meters. Today you have an electrifying experience as you cross over the towering Silchung Hill at an awe-inspiring 4,200 meters. The walk challenges you with steep climbs and dangerous plunges, each step revealing the stunning scenery of Snow Mountains and glacial valleys. Fresh, thin air invigorates you as you walk over challenging alpine terrain. Along the way, experienced guides share ancient mountain lore that deepens your connection with the landscape. You trek from Hyakule to Hanspokhari today, reaching about 2,962 meters. You walk down today from Hanspokhari to Bhojpur, at a gentle altitude of 1,700 meters.
