Requirements
Fitness & Health
Elite physical conditioning. Extreme stamina required for a 10-14 hour summit day.
Skills & Experience
Basic familiarity with crampons and ice axes. Pre-climb training is provided by our Sherpa guides at base camp.
Recommended Gear
High-altitude mountaineering boots (double boots), climbing harness, crampons, ascender (Jumar), and an ice axe.
